If you want a night of fun and games, and want to support the new eSports team on campus, you should come to the Media Night on November 1! The cost of admission will be $7, and comes with a soda and a slice of pizza. More snacks can be purchased at the event, and you can also purchase a pizza ahead of time for $10. There will be movies playing in the media lounge, and you can bring your own games and hardware to play in room 201.
All proceeds from the event will go to the Cavalry, the Minarets Esports team, who hopes to purchase its first computer with the funds raised. They also plan to have four or five more events like this throughout the year.
